Eddie Gill’s pride themselves on offering great tasting food from a traditional fish and chip shop. While the pies and sausages are sourced locally, the potatoes come from farmers across Lancashire, Cheshire, Shropshire and Lincolnshire, depending on the season. The fish is just about as perfect as you can get; white flaky Icelandic cod which is responsibly caught by registered vessels in monitored marine areas. This is something the owners are proud to have done for all of their 15 years of sourcing fish.
